Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds on Coaching Sessions:
Kajal Saha & Company does not offer refunds for any of its consulting or coaching services. All payments made are final and non-refundable. We encourage clients to reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase or booking a service. We believe in the value of the coaching experience and are committed to delivering the highest quality service.

2. Exceptional Circumstances:

In rare cases of exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen coach unavailability or technical issues, we may offer reschedules or consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please contact our customer support team at contact@kajalsaha.com to discuss your situation.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Session Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, please contact your coach at least 5 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice may be subject to the full session fee.

2. Coach Unavailability:
In the rare event that your coach is unable to fulfill a scheduled session, we will make every effort to reschedule at a time convenient for you.
