Refund Policy:
1. No Refunds on Coaching Sessions:
We do not offer refunds on coaching sessions once they have been scheduled and paid for. We believe in the value of the coaching experience and are committed to delivering the highest quality service.
2. Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare cases of exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen coach unavailability or technical issues, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team at contact@kajalsaha.com to discuss your situation.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Session Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, please contact your coach at least 5 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice may be subject to the full session fee.
2. Coach Unavailability:
In the rare event that your coach is unable to fulfill a scheduled session, we will make every effort to reschedule at a time convenient for you.
